Another busy week. I spent a few days down in the D.C. area then headed off to Colorado. That was a trip straight from a Hades. There was no way to get there directly, so I had a layover in Dallas. I wound up getting there late at night and then none of the people I had flown out to meet showed up. Then as I flew home, I had to go back through Dallas, and the plane had mechanical problems. It wound up taking 12 hours and I got home at 2 a.m. LONG day.
Saturday I decided to do something more cultural. I drove down to Providence, RI to see "Twelfth Night". The advertisement made me think that it was going to be an updated version of the Shakespear Play. They all wore 40's-style clothing, but the script was originaly Shakespear. I'm not sure why they put the actors in the costumes they used, but they did a really good job. Providence actually has quite a good selection of plays, and since the Universities there either put them on or sponsor them, they are really quite inexpensive. I'm going to try to get down there a bit more going forward.
Also, I want to wish Joyce a very HAPPY 33rd BIRTHDAY!! I know she's just settling into her new life down in Florida. I hope this is a fabulous year for her!
