Leaf Peeping

It's been a while, but only because I haven't really had much to tell. Staying busy with work travel. But this weekend....I was a leaf peeper. Somehow that always sounds a tad bit perverted, but if they're putting it out there for me to see, I'm gonna look.

It actually wasn't peak leaf season yet, but it was MUCH sunnier than when we went last year. The leaves are just now turning around here. The trees outside my townhouse are really getting pretty, but it was pretty spotty while we were out driving.

We drove over to Deerfield, MA to the Yankee Candle Factory flagship store. I hadn't been since I lived up in CT. It was all decorated for fall, and they had horse drawn hay rides. It was really quaint. I didn't think it was possible, but they have expanded on the complex. It was HUGE! It was fun to wander around and check out everything. It even snowed in the Christmas room. Awww..it was beginning to feel a lot like Christmas.

I included a couple of really bad pictures of me enjoying a couple of the entertainment aspects of the Yankee Candle Factory. Please don't use them against me in the future!
